Overview
It was in 2003 that the first programs were broadcast on the UHF23 channel. The station was then in partnership with the historical television of Senegal, the Senegalese Radio-Television (RTS), and a private group, "Origine SA". The channel was called: RTS2S.
The channel became independent in 2005 and took a new name: 2sTV. The programs it offers are essentially culture-oriented, freer, and innovative.
